Last week, FortyGuard had the privilege of participating in the TechUp Cohort 1 event in Abu Dhabi, an initiative by Udacity and the Ghurair Foundation aimed at equipping Emirati professionals with advanced AI and GenAI skills for the future of business.
Our Founder and CEO, Jay Sadiq, took part in two impactful sessions, engaging with professionals eager to integrate AI into their industries and explore its transformative potential.
Jay first joined a panel discussion on Gen AI in the UAE, alongside industry leaders, where they explored AI’s role in shaping the region’s digital and economic landscape. Conversations centered around the rapid adoption of AI, ethical considerations, and real-world applications that are redefining how businesses operate.
Later in the event, Jay led a hands-on workshop titled "AI in Business: How to Bring AI into Your Enterprise." This session provided aspiring entrepreneurs and business leaders with a roadmap for incorporating AI into their operations, covering topics such as machine learning applications, AI-driven decision-making, and scaling AI-powered solutions within organizations.
The TechUp Cohort 1 attendees, professionals between the ages of 18 to 34, brought a wealth of technical expertise and enthusiasm to the discussions. With backgrounds in engineering, technology, and managerial roles, they are now equipped with a strong foundation in AI and GenAI, ready to drive innovation and efficiency in their respective fields.
Events like TechUp demonstrate the growing importance of AI fluency in today’s business world. It was an honor for FortyGuard to contribute to such a forward-thinking initiative, and we extend our gratitude to Udacity and the Ghurair Foundation for fostering this dynamic learning environment.
As AI continues to evolve, we remain committed to advancing AI-driven sustainability solutions and engaging in conversations that push the boundaries of technology, innovation, and climate resilience.
