FortyGuard has been selected for Cohort II of the Presight AI Accelerator Programme, joining twelve companies chosen from 376 applications across 62 countries. We are proud to be part of a cohort bringing different applications of AI into the real world.
For our team, the opportunity connects a focused mission with a wider applied-AI ecosystem: develop temperature intelligence that helps businesses, cities and infrastructure teams understand the local thermal conditions relevant to their work.

The programme's selection process moved from a global application pool to a shortlist of 33 companies, followed by 16 finalists and the final twelve. Being selected through that process is an achievement we are pleased to share with the people who have supported FortyGuard's journey.
Presight, part of the G42 group, established the accelerator to support companies developing practical AI applications. The programme connects participating teams with technical guidance, strategic direction and opportunities to engage with partners and customers across its ecosystem.
That combination matters to a company building a specialized technology. Strong models are one part of the work; understanding where they can be useful, and how organizations would use their output, is another.
An accelerator creates a setting in which those perspectives can meet. A technical discussion can help refine an approach, while a conversation with a potential user can reveal which part of a problem needs attention first. For our team, learning from both is an important part of developing temperature intelligence for organizations with different responsibilities, existing tools and operating requirements.
We bring the Temperature Intelligence layer for the physical world and Physical AI to the cohort. FortyGuard models thermal conditions at the level of individual sites, assets and operations, helping people and compatible AI systems understand the local environment relevant to a physical decision. Our Large Temperature Models connect atmospheric and geospatial information with the characteristics of the place being assessed.
Teams can use that intelligence through four products. Temperature Dashboard supports visual analysis, comparisons between locations and time periods, and heatmaps for project discussions. Temperature API brings modeled temperature, forecasts and thermal analytics into software and data workflows.
Temperature MCP gives compatible AI agents permissioned access to supported FortyGuard tools through the Model Context Protocol. Temperature Enterprise supports recurring use across defined sites, assets and portfolios, combining integrations, shared workspaces and retained evidence under one agreement. These products let organizations work with the same intelligence foundation in the tools and processes that suit them.
A data center provides a practical example. Outdoor heat around air intakes, cooling equipment and building surfaces forms part of the facility's operating environment. An assessment of those local conditions can help engineers identify where cooling performance needs closer review. A team could explore the evidence in Temperature Dashboard, bring thermal inputs into its own analysis through Temperature API, or establish a recurring assessment through Temperature Enterprise. A compatible AI agent could use supported Temperature MCP tools to obtain local thermal context before making a recommendation.
Within Presight's accelerator, we look forward to discussing applications like this with people who understand the technical and commercial requirements of deploying AI. Those conversations can help us refine where the Temperature Intelligence layer fits, what evidence a prospective user needs, and how it can become part of an organization's work.
A planning team may want to compare the conditions around several locations. An infrastructure team may be interested in one site's operating environment. A software team may be looking for a way to add thermal information to an existing application. Each starts with a different task, even when the underlying subject is temperature.
These are the kinds of conversations we want to develop through the programme. They help clarify the information a prospective user needs, the context in which it will be reviewed and the next step an initial assessment could support. Understanding that context helps us explain our technology in terms that are relevant to the people considering it.

We thank Presight and the G42 ecosystem for the opportunity to join Cohort II and for supporting founders working on applied AI. We also thank our team and ecosystem supporters for helping us reach this stage.
We appreciate the chance to learn alongside founders approaching different challenges with AI. Sharing that environment brings new perspectives to the questions we work on and creates space for relationships that may develop beyond the programme itself.
We are excited about the conversations and learning ahead. As we continue our accelerator journey, our focus is on connecting temperature intelligence with clearly defined challenges and organizations that can help evaluate its practical role.
If your team is exploring the thermal context of a site, asset or operation, get in touch with FortyGuard. We look forward to discussing how local temperature information could support the work you are planning.
